Namgyal Palace Leh, Leh

I recently spent twelve days in Leh during the extremely cold season, and while the hotel was clean and comfortable, I encountered some issues with service and amenities. The staff was friendly and the location was great, just a five-minute walk from town. However, the lack of a proper menu for room service and limited hot water hours were disappointing.
